When you create or contribute to a group card, you agree to:

- Personal Responsibility You are solely responsible for the content you upload and its impact on the recipient.
Account & Data Policy
To keep the platform performant and focused on active celebrations, we maintain the following policies:
"Cards created as a guest and left unclaimed to an account are subject to periodic platform cleanup. Linking a card to a registered account ensures its permanent storage and long-term availability."
Registered users have full control over their account data and can delete their cards at any time via the dashboard.
Intellectual Property
We own the platform, the name PassTheCard, and all visual designs. However, you retain ownership of the original text and images you upload as part of your messages. By posting, you grant us a license to process and display this content specifically for your card's presentation.
Limitation of Liability
PassTheCard is provided "as is." We are not liable for any content posted by users, and we do not guarantee that the service will be available forever or without errors. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features at any time.
